Brief, Objectives & Challenges
Nando’s Malaysia and Singapore decided to step out of the norm and do away with paper stamping loyalty card. They wanted a convenient way for their members to check their chilli points (loyalty reward points), latest menu, and locations. The solution should not only reward their customers, but also seamlessly integrate their existing systems.
So we created a user-friendly app that gives members access to the hottest chick in town, anytime, anywhere.
The Big Idea
The online loyalty, known as PERi-Vilege, allowed customers to instantly collect stamps (chilli points) upon paying the bill, synced directly with the Nando’s POS.
The app was promoted both on-ground and on digital. To encourage usage, audience who used the app were rewarded a complimentary side dish.
In-store, we had table talkers which were printed with QR code to download the app. As a bonus, the table talkers had mini games customers could play with while waiting for their hot, steaming chickens.
